1996
Carlos Felipe Corsini begins his career in real estate development and asset management in Brazil, laying the foundation for what would become MNK-RE.
2005
Expansion into large-scale Joint Venture projects — including Shopping Prado and the Galleria Corporate complex in Campinas, totaling over 400,000 sqf.
2010
Development of GR Campinas 1 & 2, establishing MNK-RE's expertise in Class A industrial warehouses with over 650,000 sqf of GLA.
2022
Entry into the US market with FW16, a 100,000 sqf warehouse in Miami — marking MNK-RE's first cross-border development.
2025
Active pipeline exceeding 490,000 sqf across Florida — including Flex Buildings in Port St. Lucie and warehouses in Homestead, with delivery projected through 2029.
