Our projects are structured at cost through Joint Ventures, utilizing advanced construction technologies like Tilt-up to maximize delivery speed and investor returns. With over 1.2 million sqf delivered, we focus exclusively on assets backed by strong commercial lease agreements.
Flex Buildings
Our Flex Building segment combines industrial functionality with commercial versatility — adaptable spaces designed for logistics, light manufacturing, and office use under a single structure. Currently developing projects in Port St. Lucie and Homestead (FL), this asset class offers investors a diversified income stream with lower vacancy risk.
